About Courtyard Dallas Arlington/Entertainment District
The Courtyard Dallas Arlington/Entertainment District is noted for its good and clean location near AT&T Stadium and other sporting venues, within reasonable walking distance. The rooms are generally clean with comfortable beds and pillows, though some noted issues like burned-out lightbulbs or a stale smell. The pool is nice but cold, with no hot tub. A significant drawback is the paid parking, though exceptional staff provided awesome customer service, were helpful and friendly at check-in, and sometimes covered parking fees. The on-site bistro and café are considered overpriced with no free breakfast or coffee, and the coffee machine is pitiful. There is no microwave in the room, only one located by the lobby. For a clean room near sports with your own vehicle, it is a decent enough place.
Room was clean. There were some burned out lightbulbs which was annoying. Heat worked. You have to pay for parking which is outrageous.

Samantha was an amazing 👏 handled multiple guests all trying to check in for The Big Dill and figure out parking with a smile & kept everyone laughing!

WE WERE GREETED AND FELT WELCOMED BY RJ. HE WAS SO HELPFUL AT CHECK IN AND FRIENDLY. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE ALSO SEARCHED UP SOME HELPFUL INFORMATION TO SOMETHING I HAD QUESTIONS ABOUT. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY
