“What a beautiful building! Although I usually visit other TTCU branches, I decided to stop by this one since I was passing through. There was ample parking, which made it very convenient. Bree helped me resolve a card issue in less than 10 minutes. It actually took only 4 minutes to get my new card printed and ready. She was incredibly kind and helpful, and I was even offered a water from the lounge during my wait. Great experience!”
“Came here to open accounts for the first time. Service was wonderful; Deandra was kind, knowledgeable, and fast. I ask a lot of questions that I feel like most people wouldn't know off the top of their head, and she was able to answer them all!

“Texas Trust on Green Oaks Blvd. Arlington Texas 76006 is a great place to do all your banking needs . The Staff is Professional and very caring and always willing to do their best to meet all my needs. They have been my bank since 2006. All the ladies are exceptional in their work ethics and always go above and beyond. I started with the Pioneer Bank however, they fail to meet my customer needs and aren’t very personal with the members . Sad but true ; however I make it a point to drive across town for these beautiful and smiley ladies. They truly deserve to be recognized.Thank you Texas Trust for employing such a Great Staff.! “Update: Went back to the bank, and after further review they let me deposit my check with a 7 business days hold,which is fine because I know the check will clear. Just wish we could have did this the 1st time, and not having to make several trips up here. I know scams/fraud are more prevalent these days, so it's understandable for them to be cautious.
I've banking with them for a while, including other family members. But service is not as reliable as it used to be. Today in the drive-thru, I tried to deposit and cash a check from the State of Texas, and teller said the system couldn't verify the check. She didn't give me any further explanation or options like to deposit it with a hold or anything. I know it was close to 5pm, and she could've been just ready to get off, but she definitely could've given more information, especially when they aren't even open on the weekends, so now I have to wait until Monday to try and figure out a solution.”
