“The experience of getting a loan and then the process we were told was not at all what we experienced and had to deal with a lot of hoops and several days of handling this. I just really didn’t enjoy even getting my car as everything went wrong and was so misinformed.having the wrong amount of sales tax that I had to just donate it as the drive to location wasn’t worth it plus it was just so not great experiences.
Update: picking up the check was also a process and took longer than expected and genuinely ruined this experience for me and wish I would’ve chosen another location as it was very frustrating.
