Dropped off a package/letter, next day delivery, almost a week later shows no movement. Fedex lost my package again. Fedex sucks, incompetent. Even the lousy ai assistance just a time consuming waste of time. Better off taking your chances with USPS.

They lost my package and cost me over a hundred dollars. Then I tried to resolve it with them. After waiting on hold the guy just transferred me to the customer satisfaction survey instead of addressing my problem or transferring me to someone who can help. Unbelievable.
