“I shipped a computer to Oregon, and I was feeling a little bit doubtful when I left. I was mainly concerned on how it would be packaged, and when my transaction was done, I was told everything would be taken care of. I wanted to see them package it in front of me, but I just had to trust.Once I received my package, I was excited to see there was foam padding in the main box, and that box was put into a bigger box with foam pellets. They did a great job packing some delicate electronics.”

That's especially impressive because I've never done an Amazon return before, I have adhd and have trouble focusing, and some of my returns had to be corrected by Faith. She's amazing!”

“Fast service. I was in and out and the rep Jordan was helpful as well as efficient. I've passed by this location several times and today I had 3 packages to ship out via FedEx. I was happy to see that the doors automatically open when you walk up because my hands were full! The place was quite busy but as soon as I walked in, someone was able to help me. This appears to be a full service store with copy service, shipping, supplies, passport photos and a variety of other things. They close at 8:00 on weekdays which is good to know for days I may need to come after leaving the office. Again, great service today.”

“We had ordered a new mattress from Sam's club. It was delivered right on schedule! The guys called first thing this morning and gave updates an ETA. This was refreshing since my wife was a bit under the weather today. They showed up 5 min early(great) for us since we have 2 animals. They took the old one and quickly and set up the new mattress and took away any packing materials. Great service! My wife and I are thankful for excellent service, hard to find anywhere.Thanks,PH/TH”
