βHave you ever tried renewing a passport?
Getting one the first time is easyβyou walk in, pay a fee, take a picture that never looks quite right, and a few weeks later youβre good to go. Renewing one, though, is a completely different experience. The online system is picky to the point of insanity. It rejects photos for every tiny detail.
I tried everything. Places charging $18+ for passport photos can only print themβnot email them. The ones that do email wonβt edit them (and technically youβre not supposed to edit passport photos anyway). I even called a professional studio, and they told me their image files were too large. You would think βconversion?β or βmaybe use a phone?β would be options, but no luck there either.
My last resort was the county clerk, but then you still have to mail the form. Before giving up, I made one more callβto Eagle Postal. Iβve used them in the past for notary services and convenient mailing, but I had no idea what to expect. They told me passport photos werenβt something they normally do, but they were willing to help anyway.
They literally taped white paper to a door, used my own camera, and managed to get a photo that the online renewal accepted on the first try. And they didnβt charge me like it was some official serviceβthey just went out of their way to help a stranger.
In a time when most places wonβt lift a finger unless itβs a paid service, Eagle Postal went above and beyond. I am genuinely impressed. If you need mailing services, notary work, or anything they offer, you can trust these guys. Their willingness to help speaks louder than any sign on the door.β

βFast service. I was in and out and the rep Jordan was helpful as well as efficient. I've passed by this location several times and today I had 3 packages to ship out via FedEx. I was happy to see that the doors automatically open when you walk up because my hands were full! The place was quite busy but as soon as I walked in, someone was able to help me. This appears to be a full service store with copy service, shipping, supplies, passport photos and a variety of other things. They close at 8:00 on weekdays which is good to know for days I may need to come after leaving the office. Again, great service today.β
βYhe staff were very friendly and done my shipping with no problem, however they asked me for my ID which wad a little odd for me, by the way have some id or driving license with you just in case.β

βI just have to praise Mo at Fielder Rd Postal Service! He was the kindest, most professional, most helpful Customer service staff that I have encountered in a long time! He saw me carrying in three pretty heavy boxes and he ran out to help me. He helped me figure out the cheapest way to send them. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate his help! :)β
β4 months ago, I went to make a return, and the experience was great. The staff were super nice, helpful, welcoming, and they handled my return quickly and efficiently. The whole process was easy and stress-free. Definitely recommend this location!
Edit: okay now I see what the comments are talking about. I went in again this week and staff ignored me for a good 5 minutes, this was completely different staff from the last time I went.β
βOne of the friendliest locations I have experienced considering my vision is compromised so to have staff take the time to assist & have patience is always a plus for me but not in the sense of treating me kindly. The atmosphere was positive as everyone worked together to make sure all patrons were taken care of as efficiently and as promptly as possible.β
