What a great trail for walking, running, or biking in the Grand Prairie & Arlington area. It's goes through the back area of several nice neighborhoods and also area surrounded by trees. I would say its 50/50 of open and shaded area. Plenty of people around the area with families, couples and singles enjoying the trail.

Well maintained trail. I especially like stopping near Arlington Municipal Airport and watching the light aircraft land.

It's a very pretty and mostly shaded walking path. It is available for walking, jogging, riding bikes and allows pets. Have been several times. Not crowded either.
