Had the most Dire experience from a store associate Amari L. she acted very atrociously in front of my family especially my kids we were just purchasing an outfit and shoes and got this dire experience from her she definitely needs more training and should not be at a workplace where she’s acting very unprofessional in front of children! I hope there’s more protocols and procedures for training!

Personally, I didn't think I was looking at some t-shirts and sweatshirts for my daughter and a young black woman was just looking and making faces because she was touching the clothes. I looked at a t-shirt and folded it and put it back in its place and she He snatched it in a very unprofessional manner, I wouldn't really go back to that store.

Staff here is phenomenal. I'm sure my daughter tried on 10 different pairs of shoes before settling on one she liked... lol.. smh.. and the ladies in Herr remained soooo patient and assured me we could take our time and we weren't a bother at all.
