I have encountered consistently discriminatory and unwelcoming treatment at this bank, particularly as a Black customer. On multiple occasions, I have been denied routine services such as check cashing without clear or consistent justification—experiences that appear to reflect a broader pattern of racial bias.
I’ve visited several branches within a 25-mile radius and observed the same dismissive, hostile, and degrading behavior from staff. Instead of being treated with the respect and professionalism every customer deserves, I have been made to feel like an unwanted intruder.
No person—regardless of race—should be made to feel like they are being judged or devalued simply for walking through the door. I strongly urge this institution to examine its policies, staff training, and practices to address the deep-rooted bias that seems to be embedded in its customer service culture.

Frost Bank has been one of the worst banking experiences I've ever had. I initially opened an account online, then visited the Walnut branch, where I had a horrible experience. Today, I went to the Matlock Rd branch to get a cashier’s check, and it was just as bad. While the manager, Haritha, may have meant well, I honestly felt targeted by this institution.
There is no reason anyone should have to jump through hoops to get a cashier’s check, especially when I was ready to pay for it. It seems like this bank chooses who they want to do business with, and that's their right. However, if you're African American, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This is the second time in a week I've felt discriminated against, which ultimately led me to close all of my accounts and take my business elsewhere.

I was issued a check from a client who banked with Frost bank.Frost Bank unlike other banks will cashed the check and did not charge a service fee, although I was a client.It saved me a drive to my bank which is in another City and miles away.Thank you Frost Bank for having policies in place that reflects integrity as a banking institution.

I have been banking here for many many years! I love it! I have never been treated so nicely at a bank...whether I'm coming straight from the garden (pretty grubby) or the office, both drive through and in lobby have been wonderful. I have talked to most of the people in this bank with the same courtesy...I'm not saying they're perfect, they mess up like I do sometimes...thank God for Michelle who has twice straightened out my mess...with a smile and great attitude. Now, I'm just an old white woman, but I also notice how they talk to others of varied shapes, colors, sizes and I still say, I'm so glad for Frost...like they're actually for me...and for the other customers...in all the years, I have known many who have had my experience with this branch...just sayin.?

I just go here because my work has this as their bank. Bank of America is my bank. I like coming here. I don’t know what everyone else is talking about in the comments but maybe the old staff was rude in the past. Customer service here at this Frost Bank is very good. Everyone greets you when you come in and I like that.

Sarah Cline was amazing! She was very courteous and extremely efficient in helping me open a personal account, I was there for like 20 minutes and out the door with a new account! Thank you Sarah!

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and was just looked at. Reading other comment i see that this facility is very racist. I had to say hello and in order to be acknowledged. Trying to open up a checking account the lady Sarah Cline was very rude. She kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to open up an account, with a check I had ready to deposit into the account i wanted to open sitting in front of her. then told me I didn't want to open up a account and was not listening to a word I was saying. She then told me she wouldnt open up my account, even though everything was in order to open it without problems. She was very irritable from the get go. I recommend going to Texas Trust if you want a credit union. They are very welcoming.

I hate this bank. I personally do not bank here, but my employer does. Don’t bank here! They are beyond slow and rarely have a pleasant attitude when in person. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.
