I was issued a check from a client who banked with Frost bank.Frost Bank unlike other banks will cashed the check and did not charge a service fee, although I was a client.It saved me a drive to my bank which is in another City and miles away.Thank you Frost Bank for having policies in place that reflects integrity as a banking institution.

I just go here because my work has this as their bank. Bank of America is my bank. I like coming here. I don’t know what everyone else is talking about in the comments but maybe the old staff was rude in the past. Customer service here at this Frost Bank is very good. Everyone greets you when you come in and I like that.

Sarah Cline was amazing! She was very courteous and extremely efficient in helping me open a personal account, I was there for like 20 minutes and out the door with a new account! Thank you Sarah!

If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and was just looked at. Reading other comment i see that this facility is very racist. I had to say hello and in order to be acknowledged. Trying to open up a checking account the lady Sarah Cline was very rude. She kept asking me if I was sure I wanted to open up an account, with a check I had ready to deposit into the account i wanted to open sitting in front of her. then told me I didn't want to open up a account and was not listening to a word I was saying. She then told me she wouldnt open up my account, even though everything was in order to open it without problems. She was very irritable from the get go. I recommend going to Texas Trust if you want a credit union. They are very welcoming.

Frost bank is not a good bank for American business. I opened a new account for my non-profit and deposited a nice commission check from AT&T stadium. My account was opened with no problems. The next day Frost bank reps called and told me I was a fraud and closed my account AFTER they froze my money. I'm upset as well as offended. And besides all that, they have no business tools. We've been banking with Chase Bank as well as Navy Federal CU for years and will continue to do so. Stay away from Frost bank! After reading these reviews I see I'm not the only African American this has happened to. Seems like some investigating should be going on here!

This review is specifically geared toward the level of service Kyle provided. Visiting a Frost Bank is a rare occurrence for me. Kyle made this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. He was kind, professional, friendly and very courteous. He did something most tellers don’t… he placed my license in my hand as opposed to simply placing it on the counter. Exceptional service can be a hit or miss nowadays but today it was definitely a hit with Kyle! Kyle’s manager was informed of this wonderful experience and she agreed that he’s a rock star! Thank you Kyle. Continue to set the tone?. We need more Kyles in the service industry!

I wouldn't personally recommend this Bank to anyone that is African American.They continuously ask the same questions it almost feels like interrogation when all you want to do is open an account. I have a friend that encountered the same experience at a different location on Ballpark. I'll take my business and my money else where and so should you. Stay blessed & hydrated ?

This is a racist bank, apparently if you're middle class they don't want you. I walked into the branch in the Highlands and the greeters where very nice. But once we went in with the banker she looked at us like we weren't good enough to be there. From the beginning she gave us the stink eye. She was rude and acted like she was better than us.. I asked to talk to her manager and to my surprise she was the same way. I thank them for nothing and left. This has been the worst experience I have had in my life. Been a customer for 8 years. This bank use to the the best bank around. Now they are just like the"Big 3", which they claim to be nothing like. Terrible customer service.

I hate this bank. I personally do not bank here, but my employer does. Don’t bank here! They are beyond slow and rarely have a pleasant attitude when in person. I would never recommend this bank to anyone.

Really disappointed how Frost bank have decided to keep their branch closed to public until now? especially when they offer safe deposit box at this branch? Is a bank not essential? Are their employees more valuable than someone working at a grocery store?? I work in a retail store, we wear masks and require customers to wear masks, plus daily cleaning and sanitization etc and we are running business as normal since May 1st with no issues? There is no notice on google map listing about the lobby closure or appointment requirement to access safe deposit boxes??? This bank’s management really dropped the ball during these difficult times by choosing to cause inconvenience and frustration to their customers. I have made an appointment to close my freaking account at Frost. I always thought that Frost Bank was more customer centric but clearly not!

Great bank with friendly staff. They are perfect for small businesses. Their staff really gets to know you and works to help grow your company. They offer lots of educational resources as well!
