I had 2 hours to finish up here and get to work 20 minutes away. I lost my job they’re so slow. To whom do we hold account? They will be sued they’re so bad. As I write this I see the guy still vacuuming the car. Couldn’t this be done earlier?

The personnel here are unprofessional and not trained. Would never come back here . I hope Vandergriff changes its loaner policy .
