“I returned my rental here on a Sunday and had no issues whatsoever. The staff was super attentive and friendly. I was at the 31 day threshold for my insurance claim before i had to pay out-of-pocket and i couldn't return the rental at the airport for some reason. This was the only location that was open at the time!”
“Service is great, just not enough people for this rush. There is a young lady here all by herself working so hard and doing a great job. Today is July 6th, 2026. I didn't get her name, but Jodie or Barry are her bosses names, Just saying she needs a raise! I put the date so you know who was working at this location that day. Please give her a raise if you cant get more people to come help then get her some more pay for doing everything from answering phones, to returning and assigning cars and still trying to get someone to drop off the people needing a ride to the collision place down the street. Archie did a great job to in getting me a vehicle the day I picked it up, today I am dropping off. I rented a 2025 Nissan sentra it was clean. Thanks!”
“I recently had a fantastic experience with this Budget location on S. Cooper Street. We needed a weekly rental for the family, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I especially want to highlight the young man who assisted us—he provided excellent service, was incredibly professional, and made sure my family was well taken care of. It’s rare to get this level of attention at car rental counters. I’ll definitely be using this location again for our future needs in Arlington!”
“Corey LITERALLY made my day. I rented an EV from a different state to travel 500+ miles and spent over $200 on charging ALONE because the range on the stupid thing was non existent and the network of supercharger is small. Not to mention, I had to use supercharging or I would have to sit for 5+ hours to recharge the battery. The 8 hour trip took 11 and a half hours. Complain complain right! I stopped at an Avis in the town I’m visiting, praying I could get a gas car and though he didn’t have one available, he had one returning soon and gave me the option to wait. Long story short, thank you Corey. You were just doing your job, but you truly made me day.”
“The people at the Collins St location in Arlington, TX. are the best. Friendly, helpful, and seem generally happy with their job. I was impressed when I picked up my rental, and just as impressed when I returned it. I can honestly say I have never had such great service, and I have rented a lot of cars, from various rentals, over the years. This was my favorite!”
“This was a great location, they are not in the hotel lobby but further down the convention centre so other reviews may not have looked hard enough. Staff were helpful and easy to deal with. My rental was March 24.”
“Got the job done. Took me longer than expected being a "one man moving company." Downsized two units 10x20 & 8x15. So could not get it all in two goes. While me truck was parked in the parking of Budget Truck rental, someone took the liberties to try and break into me rt passenger door tho. So have to have the plate replaced. God's grace kept it from being a 3rd break in this hell bound Arlington!”
“Came here to get an SUV but they didn’t have one available. This could have been a very bad experience but Montana made it a good one. Although they didn’t have an SUV he offered another vehicle on the lot. It wasn’t necessarily what I wanted but it worked out. Montana’s customer service was 5 star. He made everything quick and easy.”
“The staff was prompt and ready to assist despite a line of 10+ impatient angry customers. Ended up keeping the Corolla (Uber rental) for 6 months and the branch was helpful with the few issues I had with the car. After returning it I had an issue with an extra charge but Avis customer service addressed it in under 15 minutes. A+”

Get there early and you'll witness Kevin single-handedly and systematically address a line of customers(some hostile) with grace and class. He looked out for me and addressed a minor issue like a true professional. Remember he's doing his best and come back to write about your experience.
