Great department store, very pleasant atmosphere and shocking deals on shoes!

I love JC Penny's but they need to do better. The elevator and escalators was both down on 12/09/25. That's a problem for disabled people. Also my order was ready but didn't receive no text or email, just went there and order was ready. The restroom was a mess.
