About 11:25, 5 Jul, I was looking for makeup at the bareMinerals counter. I was asked if I wanted a perfume sample, I declined. No, can I help you find anything, even at the Mac counter, another service person who saw me looking, nothing. Next time, I'll take my business to Sephora or JC Penny's.

Visited this Macy's at the parks mall in Arlington and was blown away with how helpful and hospitable everyone who helped me was! All the ladies that assisted were amazing in their own right and I left feeling very taken care of and glad!

Recieved the best customer service in the perfume department. Sue was absolutely amazing. She helped me figure out my new smell without makin me feel as if I was taking up too much of her time!!! She was absolutely amazing and I will be back.
