The experience in the store was good. My biggest concern is on the prescription sunglasses I purchased. There was not a good explanation given to me as if I would get my original sunglasses lenses back. I am not thrilled to hear “it depends on if the lab sends them back or not.” This is very discouraging to know I paid for Maui Jim sunglasses and prescription lenses and not get the original lenses back.

Great place to get glasses! Bought three pairs for myself and one for my daughter. Cree and Dede took very good care of us. The shop has a wonderful selection of frames, and they were willing to work through the best combination of our insurance and the store promotions to make sure we got the best deal.

My glasses were loose and didn’t stay folded. Went to 2 other places to get fixed and they priced me over $100 each. Went to LensCrafters in mall and the team was awesome. Welcomed me quickly and took my glasses to check issue and fixed in 5 minutes, free. Did not expect free. Again thanks to the employees very much and your awesome!

I just had an amazing experience at the LensCrafters. The staff made sure to make sure to get my order completed,( had a warranty on my meta glasses, got them replaced covered by warranty). They worked fast , and made my visit pleasant. Thanks to Cree, and De De. Would totally recommend to anyone looking for glasses and great promotions.

I visited Lenscrafters today for an emergency repair and Charles went above and beyond to assist me. I tried two other retailers and they couldn’t repair the glasses. Lenscrafters is the best glasses store in Arlington. They need to keep Charles around forever!

Quite a saga. LensCrafters really struggled with this transaction, which went sour probably not due to their fault. And because it turned for the worse, contact became sparse. Ended up that lenses were back ordered for several months and LensCrafters really didn’t have an answer.
However, one employee at this store (Parks Mall, Arlington, TX) truly went above and beyond. Dede stayed with it, even after I had given up hope. I was ready to just get a refund, but she reminded me that since it was a backorder, others might not be able to get the correct lenses either. So I waited.
Dede called back several times and kept me informed. In spite of not always reaching me, and knowing I was less than satisfied, she continued leaving messages and updates, even when I didn’t answer.
And then today arrived and I went to pick up the glasses. I expected to be ignored. Problem transaction and all. But Dede immediately greeted me, dropped what she was doing, and took care of the transaction. No one else acknowledged that I was there the entire time, but her focus was on rectifying the problem.
Kind, helpful, courteous, and professional, Dede convinced me to continue to be a LensCrafters customer.

So far I've used the services of LensCrafters at Willow Bend and Parks Mall, and I have to say that I've never been disappointed.
The staff friendly and very helpful when it comes to using your insurance to pay for your frames and/or lenses to ensure you make the most of your benefits.
Finally I have, I have some not so common lenses with prism configurations which have always been manufactured without the need for a remake.

I came in to get the nose pieces on my glasses adjusted and did not have a good experience. Martin kept arguing with me about how my glasses looked versus how they felt to me. I kept telling him one nose piece felt further back and the other felt more turned in towards my nose. Martin kept arguing with me and saying “they look fine.” I’ve been wearing glasses since I was in the second grade (I’m 33 now) and the good ones always ask how they feel, but he refused to listen to me because they looked fine to him. I usually have a good experience here, so 3 stars, but I never want to encounter Martin again.
