The watch section employees do not know how to make link adjustments .... she literally took my watch and went at the back where i heard loud hammering ... literally hammered my brand new watch and scratched the main body and bracelet. Worse placed the pins upside down even though there are clear markings which side to insert the pins.
If you love your watch go elsewhere or ask them to make the adjustments infront of you. Incompetence at its best 👌

January 8, 2025 DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER AT MACYS.COM.
I ordered on Dec 22,2024, on December 30, I got email saying it was back ordered. Mind you when I placed there was no mention of low inventory or even the possibility of order being in back order.
If I had known that I would have never placed the order. But of course Macys just cares about money they don’t give a damn about the customer they just want your money and they know if they listed it was in back order they’d make less sales.
Magically a few hours after canceling over the phone, they “shipped” my package.
Fast forward to today, January 8, the tracking had it arrived yesterday the 7th.
So 17 days after I ordered I have nothing, no refund no order.
Shameful!!! Low quality. Just stick to Amazon folks.

Im very disappointed with this store i understand if they rush someone when they about to close but i was way too early 6am lol thanks to that i buy perfumes at regular price when they have a special for blk friday and i found out for some reasons they keep the gifts that you supposed to get when you buy some perfume i will keep my business at the store in dallas

My Go-To Fashion Destination
I'm absolutely delighted to share my wonderful experiences with Macy's in Arlington! As my favorite fashion store, Macy's has consistently exceeded my expectations with its exceptional quality, wide range of products, and outstanding customer service.
My husband and I have made it a tradition to visit Macy's for special occasions, and we're always impressed by the store's extensive selection of clothing, bags, winter coats, and shoes for all ages and genders. The quality of their products is top-notch, and we appreciate the attention to detail that goes into each item.
One of our favorite Macy's traditions is shopping for our child's first wardrobe before they arrive. My husband always takes me to Macy's, and we have a wonderful time selecting adorable outfits and essentials for our little one.
I also appreciate Macy's annual Black Friday sales, where my husband always surprises me with a beautiful, high-quality ladies' coat for the winter. It's become a lovely tradition that I look forward to every year.
While I would have given Macy's a full 5-star rating, I deducted a star because the store lacks shopping carts, which can be inconvenient for parents with babies or toddlers. However, I discovered a convenient alternative by renting a cart from the mall for $10, which allowed me to shop freely with my son and husband.
Overall, I highly recommend Macy's to anyone seeking high-quality fashion products, excellent customer service, and a wonderful shopping experience.

(Purse department) Girl with the green short hair- HORRIBLE. Macys make sure you train your employees to be attentive to all clients. She was also rude to another lady asking for help. It literally would take 2 seconds for her to call for assistance.
She also needs to relax and not be all crazy, even customers can tell this is way too much for her.
