All the employees go the extra mile to make you feel like Oakley really cares about their customers. Because of the great service we ALWAYS receive, we continue to make this our primary Oakley store. “I went to this location to get my UTA scrubs for clinicals and Sarah was so helpful! She assisted me with sizes and helped compared and contrast tops with me. She was very reassuring with explaining orders online for more scrubs (ran out of my size) and the embroidery process. Will definitely be back to get future scrubs and accessories! “I stopped in with my sister because she had purchased some t-shirts online for my nephew. Immediately walking into the store we were greeted by staff. I’m sad I don’t remember all the names but multiple employees were talking to us. Nicole rang us up at the register. She was very interactive and social. I even asked one employee where she got her glasses from, and we just engaged in conversation. She even asked if I could try them on for a better visual but I had my contacts in so it wouldn’t have help! Haha. I appreciated the gesture.
I’m honestly not too big on Vans brand but after this experience that changed my mind. I was browsing their clearance rack and got two crop tops myself! Tried them on and couldn’t resist on buying them. My 1st official Vans purchase! YAY!!!!

“This was my first time in this store. I always walk past it. I finally decided to go inside. It was so peaceful so relaxing. The lady that worked was so sweet. So nice! Did not catch her name. They actually had a good sale on jewelry and I wish I could have got more but I loved it and I would definitely be back. And I asked the lady I'm like. It's always so peaceful in here and she was like for the most part even when it's busy. It's still a calm environment wish in which I wish my work environment was like this but she encouraged me to come back even if I didn't buy anything just to enjoy that environment.”

We love their Hotel Collection line and I was going to order online but decided I'd go to the store to make sure I ordered the right box spring and frame. The sales associate was extremely knowledge and super friendly. This was the best shopping experience I've had in a long time! I'm so glad I went to the store, I was hesitant to shop there after seeing the lower rating. Super happy!!!”
“I recently visited the Hollister store located at 3811 S Cooper St in Arlington and overall, it was a great experience. The store was clean, well-lit, and had that signature Hollister vibe that makes shopping feel more relaxed and stylish. I appreciated how easy it was to move around and browse the different sections without feeling overwhelmed or cramped.
One of the things that stood out the most was the diversity of the staff. It’s refreshing and inspiring to see people from different cultures working together, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful without being pushy, which made the shopping experience even better.
However, I did notice that the fitting room area could use some improvement in terms of organization. There seemed to be a bit of clutter and it wasn’t entirely clear who to approach for assistance or how long the wait might be. A little more structure there would go a long way in enhancing the overall experience.
Still, I walked away with a positive impression. Seeing a team of individuals from different backgrounds coming together with good energy and customer service really left a mark. It’s not just about clothes it’s about the vibe and values a store reflects. Hollister Arlington does a great job in many ways, and I look forward to returning.”
“While similar to TJmaxx and Ross, you'll find brands here that you won't anywhere else. Labels from big box, department and online stores at the best prices you can find. The occasional luxury items are competitive with the RealReal. Go when you have time to spend but that time is usually worth it if looking for clothes. I've had success finding good quality jeans, dressy casual and athletic; women's suit jackets are usually nice but limited. Home goods and shoes are more iffy. Before you fall in love with something check it over very well, I've seen slashed items, tench coats with missing cuff doo-dads, etc. They have changing rooms. If the signs and organization seem confusing ask a sales clerk for a quick overview, they're very nice.”

They helped me every step of the wayyyy better than the location in Mesquite shout out to you guys for being patient with me and helping me and getting that money that I was willing to spend my friend was very happy with his gift and he looks super good in the clothes I bought them and had I picked out or shall I say we picked out thank you guys for helping me out awesome workers. “Good service and selection, but a lack of mirrors in the women’s section when my wife was trying boots on. Also, asking who helped you when checking out is fine, but if that is a tell for the commission, then the salesperson needs to handle that and not place the onus on the customer.
Also, something feels odd about going to an Americana type store like this and seeing stuff made in China being sold.”

The keys fell into some shoes and a young lady working in this store found them. I can't explain the compassion and caring the staff at this store exhibited to my daughter in this situation. “Overall I love this store I buy tons of things here for me & the family BUT TODAY I WAS ANNOYED BY AN EMPLOYEE WHO WAS A CASHIER an she was holding up the line because someone called her Ma’am! An she felt the need to have a fit on the title she wanted everyone to call her smdh I’m not against what anyone wants to be titled as but come on!!!! The mall was closing an she was making a new name tag with tape instead of checking people out! Everyone in line was confused ? I didn’t even checkout I left my items on the shelf I was over it!”
