This place is a complete rip off and I end up having to make a complaint with Metro directly regarding what happened when I visited the store. I went I. To get 2 phones, the promo was no activation fee and u get a free phone. I confirmed before purchase. When I went to check out they told me they're not sure what happened but the system was charging me an activation fee. I was totally confused because there was a sign on the counter as well as a big sign on the door that said no activation fee with new lines of service. I asked him to take it off or waive it and he told me he couldn't but he would throw in a screen protector and an ear piece for the difference. I got my receipt and they charged me for the screensaver and not an activation.. THEY LIED!!!! Ask them why it said screen protector on the receipt instead of the activation fee and he told me that's the way Metro rings them up and I immediately called him a liar. I called Metro as soon as I left the store and made a complaint and they verified that if it is an activation fee with the new promo and explained what happened. The rep at Metro said the receipt will said activation fee. I also found out that they added insurance and international dialing and a whole bunch of other fees on to my plan without permission even though I was adamant I didn't want any extra stuff on there. Apparently they get a commission or cut back for doing this. Another weird thing that happened was when I got the phone after it was activated it did not work all the way as I could not get the pins from Metro. This person at the store blocked the number the pins came from to prevent me from being able to get the pin. At first I didn't think anything of it but when I looked at my daughter's phone the number the pins came from was also blocked on her phone as well. There's no way we could have done it to both phones since we walked out the store went to the car and immediately called Metro. I believe when I told them I was going to call and make a complaint they did this to my phone to sabotage because the first couple calls the Metro they would not help me because I was not able to receive the pin and they referred me back to the same store so I think again it was a gimmick to keep me from complaining about them or to have me have to go back to the store for help. Bottom line is this is an integrity issue.

Do not trust the Indian guy.
I he's a scammer. He made our account get suspended after not adding to the account the balance we paid for a new device phone number transfer. He also added a 3 dollar a month service to the account without our consent. He should be fired.

Horrible service. I can tell this Indian guy is still fixated on his culture. I went in there wanting to transfer my sim card from my current phone to a phone I purchased months ago.
I hold him if he needed to help the person that just walked in that needs to pay their bill to go ahead, since it will be quick. I knew they were trying to be sneaky because the Indian guy started speaking Spanish to the Mexican guy. I then noticed that he was trying to do more by getting a new phone which will take so much longer. I said I thought he was just paying his bill. He then made it seem like the guy is being unconvinced when in fact he was inconveniencing me because he said he was just paying his bill. Once my new phone was charged to 1% he turned it on. He told me that I have a password request. I didn't know that I had a password on it and he said in a firm voice you have a password. I forgot it but I put my number in there and I worked. He was talking down to me like a little kid. What does it matter to him that I figured it out. He asked me what my password was. As if he is trying to make the stereotype of an Indian confirmed. I told him why the hell are you asking me for my password. What if I was dumb and said it, he would then have access to know phone info now he will have my password. Then he tried to play it off and said no I do not need your password. He was just so nice to the male customer and talking down to me because I'm a woman. He sexist Indian employees

Horrible services I went like 3 days ago ,the employee that it's Spanish he put alot of excuses to help you and even you explain that you have issues they still don't help you they just want you to buy another spensive phone and it's you own race Hispanic and that them went another lady and a man and they have the same problem no help am so dissatisfied metro PCs change alot they are losing costumers they only want your money they don't care about the costumers

I went into the store to ask about home internet service and the person at the checkout offered me a cell phone and to change phone company to METRO BY T MOBIL, it turns out that he told me that the SAMSUMG A15 phone can be used with the car through Androidauto, which worked with the previous cell phone, I bought 2 cell phones and spent more than 300 dollars and they did not give me an invoice, only the receipt from the one that the point of sale machine gives you. When I put the phone in the car through Android auto, it doesn't work, I go to the store, this is Texas Mobile PCS 2800 S. Cooper 76015, and this other man very rudely tells me that the cell phone is not compatible with Android auto, he doesn't tell me. Can you refund my money for a phone that does not work with the application, nor can I return the Internet service. I mean I lost the money with a cell phone that does not provide the service that they had initially told me worked, I demanded my bill and they didn't give it to me either, I called the metro service by t mobil to find a solution and they didn't help me either, I could only To file a complaint, it is necessary to clarify that I did all this in nine days after purchasing the phone and this store sent me to speak to another person in another store. He proposed to me to change the phone for another one with a lower capacity paying a difference of 10 per phone or to change it for a Motorola that has the same features (that they had offered me in the beginning) which does work BUT I HAD TO PAY 130 DOLLARS DIFFERENCE
I still lose money. There is no way they can give me an immediate response, when I want my money back as Metro promise says within 14 days of the purchase. Apart from the fact that if you refund my money I will lose my lines that I have had for a year.

On 09/05/24 I went with my husband to buy an internet service, and the seller offered him two cell phones. This person who assisted him informed him that the phones he was buying (Samsung A15) come compatible with Android Auto. Which is a lie, it was never possible to connect to the car to simply see Google map, which tells you the directions. Misleading and wrong information. He never gave you the invoice, only the receipt that the cash register prints. The following week on 05/16/24, we returned to the store to make these claims. Another person assisted us who was at all times rude, intolerant, intransigent, the truth is we did not understand why he works with the public, if he does not know how to treat them with respect and provide immediate solutions. This happened at the Texas Mobile PCS Cooper 1 store, 2800 S Copper St. Arlington TX 76015. The Lord sent us directly without the right to give an opinion, nor even try to resolve the problem to another store to speak with the supposed Manager. We called Costumer Services three times on the same day, where we only managed to file the claim before the 14 days of said fraudulent purchase expired, Metro PCS Promise, which do not handle the information clearly, nor do they know their products. It is not advisable to buy from this store and even less so from this company that offers prepaid services. Furthermore, they do not have physical customer service stores. Well now we are waiting for our money to be refunded or to be left with cell phones that satisfy us 100% what we wanted, because after so much research we found out that it is the power of each store to want to return the money or not? What a disappointment!

So this place is unbelievable. I went in to pay my cell phone bill. So that workedout however the guy the short that condescends like he runs. The place offer me new phones. So he gave me a deal that was unbelievable. I took it well. We all know how the story goes if it's unbelievable. It usually is. I had no idea that he linked my cell phone payment and my payment for the new phones together. So now I'm stuck with the $225 cell phone bill when I only had a $125 cell phone bill. Yes yes He told me to come back to the store and he will make sure that he take care of the first bill by making sure that my bill goes back to 125. That's not the point, the point is, he took my cell phone money changed all my phone numbers and so now it's looking like I didn't pay my lastspell. It's a bit confusing but he knows exactly what I'm talking about. I don't appreciate it because I have been a faithful. Metro PC S user for over 8 years. And so I have always paid faithfully who can complain about five phones for A $125 a month unlimited everything.But to have the same 5 phones. And now have to pay 225 is unbelievable. But that's because I'm stuck looking like. I did not pay a cell phone bill that to some people. They might think what's the complaint, but the complaint is. He took my money that was already in the register. For my cell phone payment and apply it to my new phone. That he acted like he was giving me a deal for that is the major complaint. Definitely be careful, definitely get your receipts indefinitely. Watch when he tries to sell those cell phones

I went on 11/13/23 to get my phone reconnected. They're were 2 guys, I asked them to just use my old sim card cause it was still good to use but they still took it upon themselves to charge me for a new one. They charged me $92 just for my line to get added to my husband's and the activation fee. The line I asked for was the $50 plan and somehow it ended up $92. I honestly feel like they overcharged me way too much

A very ugly THING is that they want to sell you a phone. Almost obligatory. Something else, I don't know if they really charge 5 dollars in taxes. THAT is too much, there to improve a lot if I don't lower the rating!!
