Bad communication, get somebody that speaks English as a primary language, I get notifications all the time for free upgrades, when I went in this store I got charged hundreds, in the future I'll go back to the metro store in mckinney, way better service

Shawn gives great customer service. I've visited his store a few different times over the last couple years, and not only does he remember me, but he gives great service each time. He's usually my go to Metro store. I'm sure I'll stop back in, others should too. ?

First time visit at this store I met Shawn came in looking to upgrade my cellphone which I didn't need the Sales man seemed knowledgeable friendly and offered me great deal $109+ my monthly bill amounting to $200 when I got home I realized it wasn't equipped with a pod connection to charge the phone and Shawn also sold me a defective phone thanks a lot I can't record without a moving glitch and static sounds the phone also goes pitch black and I'm forced to reset when needed I called to complain he was off Saturday according to the sales women the phones now come not equipped with a pod wish he would of told me I'd walk right out I'm left to assume he knew about the defective phone or it was just my unfortunate luck as the phone has no insurance!

Only Metro store worth going to in HEB as far as I'm concerned. Professional and won't waste your time trying to upsell you. Corporate should make this the template for every one of their authorized retailers.
