“Came to this location after another store was rude and unhelpful. The gentleman I found out later was the manager was phenomenal. My uncle has PTSD and doesn't do well in public but this guy was patient with him and made sure he understood all his options and had everything he needed before we left. Would highly recommend this location if you use this cell carrier.”

They sent us to the corporate store near the AT&T stadium and no one helped us at all they told us to return to the authorized retailer. The one by AT&T stadium customer service sucks.
