“Came to this location after another store was rude and unhelpful. The gentleman I found out later was the manager was phenomenal. My uncle has PTSD and doesn't do well in public but this guy was patient with him and made sure he understood all his options and had everything he needed before we left. Would highly recommend this location if you use this cell carrier.”

He stayed on the phone with tech support and continued working on the problem even after I had to leave for a meeting, then followed up with instructions once it was fixed.
