We were fortunate to get a young lady right before closing that was so patient and courteous, and she was very pleasant. My husband was getting shoes ,and he will only wear one style ,and they must be New Balance , and have an insert which helps his feet not to get Plantar Fasciitis which he has in the past. She finally fit him in a woman’s shoe which was the exact same style , and it worked . Many thanks to her and this business.

I am a frequent shopper in the Arlington store. The shoes are wonderful and the staff is even better. Shout out to London Howard for helping my husband with shoes and insoles. She’s awesome!

My wife and I recently bought shoes at this store. The staff there are very knowledgeable and take their time with to get the right shoe for your needs. Special shout out for Alyssa and Gabe! Great store

Went into the store. They did not, they do not greet you. Very prejudice will never go back again. Had some little young girl on a cash register was very rude.

Absolutely loved coming here!!! I went in to get some new shoes for school, I had such a wonderful lady help me throughout the process! I showed her what shoes I wanted and the size, after bringing out the ones I wanted, I tried them on and she even took a look at how the shoes looked on me and gave me some great recommendations and was super patient and attentive all throughout, and she is bilingual which I enjoyed since she was able to communicate with both me and my mother who tagged along to help! I fell in love with my shoes and the great service, I absolutely loved coming here for my first time!

The manager was a great help and took the time to get a good
measurement on both feet. I have been wearing a 15b but found
out a 14AA was a better fit. Thanks for taking the extra time to be sure I got the best fit.

Worked with Alyssa here at the Arlington location. She was very knowledgeable of The shoes and how they work for My wide flat feet.
She was very patient even when I brought out my duffel bag of shoes to show her what I’ve purchased in the past. ?

Greatly enjoying my New Balance 990 shoes. They felt amazing from the moment I put them on and still feel great a couple of weeks later. As a person who has neuropathy, they definitely help with long walks and just daily activities. Would recommend these highly.
