“Amazing experience! Found this place on tik tok and decided to make the drive from Abilene and it was absolutely worth my time! Truly the nicest pawn shop I’ve been in and Todd was very knowledgeable and helpful! I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area or I may just make the trip for it itself!”

“This is a great pawnshop with awesome people! I went into the store several times looking for items and Tony was able to assist me in every way. He was also able to help me out with pawning my items and when I went back to pick them up they were just like I left them. Tony is very understanding and helpful! Great place!”

“I wrote to share my not so positive experience concerning this location on yesterday. I am writing to inform everyone that not even twenty four hours had passed before hearing from corporate. The executive over this location and others has restored my faith in the Cash America Pawn brand. We talked and I felt heard , validated, and valued as a customer of theirs for over thirty years. My money was returned to me in full. I was told that customer service was being provided as the employees are very new at their roles and that she was happy to help me find the right solution! Ms Jenny thank you so much for being so supportive and compassionate about your customers who has been with your brand for decades!!?!!”

“I purchased some electronics for my kids right before Christmas. I did buy warranty. I haven’t bought anything from pawn shops so I was kind of iffy But Savannah and her manager made it a smooth transaction for me. Customer service is great. If need to be that will definitely be a pawn shop I would go to.”

“I came here to sell my old engagement ring because I had gotten a new bigger better one. I went to a few other pawn shops before, but I felt like they were trying to scam me. The ladies at this shop were really nice and made me feel like I was getting a good deal! The manager even complemented my new ring. They went through my ring with a machine, evaluated all the diamonds and gave me a fair price. Another place I went just weighed the ring on a scale for one second and made a price on the spot. All in all if I had to sell something else I would come here again. Plus the shop was very clean and organized, there was a lot of parking, and the staff was awesome!”
