Penske Truck Rental in Arlington provides local moving truck rentals and moving supplies. The service is great, quick, and easy to work with. The professional associates are friendly, do not waste time, and get customers on their way. They offer exceptional support and go above and beyond to help, showing understanding for customer needs. The trucks are clean, reliable, pretty nice, and well-maintained. The location is convenient. However, the drop box for returns can be very difficult to find, especially at night, and needs better signage. Despite this, the overall experience is seamless. Customers report receiving affordable rates, fast service for faults, and helpful extras like tire checks. This dedication gains customers for life.
