“Just picked up my 16' truck for a 1-way move to Austin, Texas. The owner was very helpful and got me a truck despite an issue with the parent company not communicating properly with him about my reservation. I've always used U-Haul for previous moves, but recently had a problem with them not having the truck i had reserved or a dolly which made my moving plans impossible and offered no help causing me to have to reschedule my move and costing me a good deal extra, as well as wasting my time.
Would definitely recommend renting a Penske truck from this location. Thanks again for all the help!”
“Today Sunday, I was getting a sub-unit at this place, the supervisor Martin and the crew were not only great but amazing thanks to the entire team. The unit itself was filthy, had engine lights on, and the tires were in bad shape. He took it in right away and explained every step of what he was doing. He made sure to apologize for the condition of the truck and did everything he could to smooth things over and get it road-ready.
Kudos to Martin for his kindness and excellent customer service.”

In fact I would definitely choose them over Hogan even if they charged more. My last last Class 8 unit was From Success my current leased unit is from Hogan and I'm telling you that there is a night and day difference at the corporate level.”

“This business is run by experienced gentlemen who are extremely knowledgeable and polite, and the atmosphere was calm even on a day when U-Haul's system was sluggish--I came in for an in-town truck rental with no prior reservation, with two customers already being seen, and was nevertheless out the door within ten minutes. The entire experience was very positive, and I will certainly be returning to this specific location the next time I need a rental. Their 5-star rating is well earned!”
“This is the worst storage ever.Do not I repeat do not rent from this facility i have leased from this facility for over 6 years. Maybe 7 put over $10000 into it, and the last year my things have been stolen. The lock was cut off at least 3 times and they will do nothing about it. I thought I had insurance the whole time now. They're saying I did not have insurance. You can't even speak to someone unless you say you're going to rent a place there. There's trash, there's people, there's drugs, there's everything everywhere.Do not rent from this storage, your things will be stolen.And there's trash everywhere”
“I had no idea how affordable and easy of a process it was to rent a truck. I had found a great sectional but didn’t want to wait for delivery. Downloaded app, made an appointment, picked up and dropped off all within 3 hours. I got my couch and saved on the delivery cost since it was only $19 base for the rental. Will definitely use again and recommend.”

“Got the job done. Took me longer than expected being a "one man moving company." Downsized two units 10x20 & 8x15. So could not get it all in two goes. While me truck was parked in the parking of Budget Truck rental, someone took the liberties to try and break into me rt passenger door tho. So have to have the plate replaced. God's grace kept it from being a 3rd break in this hell bound Arlington!”

“I was on the verge of breaking down when I called in to this location. My u boxes had taken 7+ days to arrive but George stepped in and saved the day. George & Norman from the bottom of my heart I cannot thank you enough for showing up on a Saturday to assist me. Everyone in Texas has been so kind and gracious to me. I can finally relax in my house with my furniture! I live 45 miles from this location but if I ever need to do business with U Haul I will choose East Arlington every time!”

“Shellie was super helpful and communicative. The process is simple and only takes about ten minutes. The app is very useful and makes your phone a gate opener, which is convenient. A couple of bad pictures of the 5×15, which is basically a walk in closet. I'm satisfied.”
