About Public Storage
Public Storage in Arlington offers a convenient and hassle-free storage solution for your needs. Reserving a space is free, with no commitment required, and you can use their online eRental option to skip the counter and go straight to your unit. The facility is well-maintained, with a clean and easy-to-navigate layout, making the unloading process a breeze.
The staff at this location is exceptional, particularly Crystal, who is praised by multiple customers for her friendly, professional, and knowledgeable approach. She takes the time to ensure a smooth transition and provide personalized attention, which has made a lasting impression on those who have interacted with her.
While the facility has a few minor issues, such as the limited number of carts and the Bluetooth gate access not functioning properly, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive. The price for storage is also noted as great, and the staff's willingness to address any concerns, as demonstrated by Kathlena's outreach, is a testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction.
