She offered her help to get my unit empty by the deadline and even extended my deadline by 24 hours to guarantee I had the time I needed. She told me "if you ever run into a problem here let us know, we will work with you to solve it". That's when she reached out to shake my hand and said "My name is Shelley, what can I do to help?"
