Daniel was awesome! I just did a rental over the phone with him and he was amazing. He answered every question I had and made sure I understood the lease completely. He has the best customer service I’ve encountered in awhile. I can’t wait to be renting with public storage.

I loved that it absolutely super clean and very easy to get around with entrance and exit doors all the way around the facility. Very convenient to make our unloading easier than we expected. The unit we were assigned was very clean I thought it was bigger than I thought but we made do and just made adjustments to what we need to store and coul live without.

Sales person lied saying that elevator would be finished by the end of the week, three weeks ago. No carts for moving things available like most other storage units like this despite there being ample locations for them. The app for getting in and out of this location sometimes doesn't sync up with the keypad, so you must enter the long code every time you enter the building.

Price for storage here is great. They only have two carts because people like to steal them. Their gates Bluetooth access also doesn't work so you have to get out the car everytime to pin the number. And when you leave that's frustrating because you have to walk outside of the gate to the entry keypad and pin your code and then run back to your vechile before the gate closes. I hope they get that fixed. To their credit the ladies who work here are amazing. Kathlena was wonderful about reaching out to me for clarification on how to improve my tenure here. So I will be editing my review. Hopefully they get that gate fixed🤣

I came into the Public Storage facility on Burney Rd to open our storage unit and was met with the kindest woman, Crystal! She took the time to show me my unit and how to use the lock. She was very thorough and helpful. Full disclosure: I read the reviews before choosing a Public Storage location. There were so many great reviews about “Crystal” that I chose this location over a few others. She exceeded my expectations. If this company is smart, they would promote her, pay her handsomely, and have her train other employees. I’m so grateful I chose this location.

Really good facility! I have used public Storage before and they rarely disappoint.. This location is kinda iffy with the air.. A few times I have come in and it felt really warm inside (cooler outside) and I though that was strange but it has improved since I mentioned it in a survey
Crystal is the most amazing property manger I have had the pleasure of dealting with! Really appreciate her input and conversation 😇
