This review is specifically for Brittney at the Arbrook location. Great phlebotomist. Five vials with zero drama. No pain associated with the procedure at all. Checked in via text in the parking lot and from the time I sat down in the lobby until leaving was five minutes at most.

After an initial wait while my Doctors office resubmitted the paper work ( not Quest's fault ) everything went smooth and fast.

I was a walk in & after sign in it showed would be seen by 3:30pm. However I was called back @ 2:30 . I didn’t get the name of my technician but she was kind and efficient with in 1 stick. Thank you
