I have been a Patient at this Center since 2015, but on Feb 5, I waisted more than an hour waiting for my turn but was not called in as only patients with prior appointments were called. I would strongly suggest that Walk Ins are also accommodated based on their Check In Times along with Patients with prior appointments, or clearly notify that Walk Ins need to wait until all Patients with appointment are attended.I had to go back, set up appointment for Feb 6, 2024 at 1.30 pm and attend a day later.This was my most disappointing experience at this Center so far.

Great place quest just needs to hire more help so patients don't have to wait so long. But the staff you do have are amazing wouldn't go anywhere else. Take care of your staff and they will take care of quest

This location is a joke. The lady that works there always has an excuse why she can’t take a walk in or an appointment or she’s gone to lunch. She just doesn’t wanna work. She needs to find another job. Horrible location.

The office locked their door 30 minutes before closing time. Even though the stated hours are right there on the door. What awful customer service.

This one of the worst laboratory businesses I've ever been to. The website is not informative for drug screens what so ever! They are open until 5 but drug screens stop at 4pm. There's no compromise in it either. I went to another location they stopped at 330! Moral of the story if you want to get drug screen by all means ask the company requesting drug screen to go somewhere else!!

My experience at this location was all but pleasant! I'm really big on customer service and professionalism. I've been in the medical field for 25years and in this profession you always always greet your customer and introduce yourself and explain the type of service you will be providing. Period! I only learned the lady name because her coworker yelled it out from down the hallway and she replied. Denise! These are just a couple of things customers expect to receive as a consumer.

It was very unorganized and frustrating system (not staffs) . The staffs were seem to overwhelmed with it as well. I was in standby for roughly an hour and 45 minutes and gave up since there is no one in the front to ask questions.

Dehumanizing, impersonal, can’t talk to a real human when you call in with a problem. No window in the office to see a real person, kiosk only. This only benefits Quest, no concern whatsoever for patients. No customer service to be found at Quest.
