Terrible service!! I had an appointment scheduled and it took them about an hour to attend to me. The lady who attended to me did so reluctantly, she spoke to me and treated me rudely. She seemed upset.

Horrible experience. The lady who drew my blood acted as if I was doing her a disservice. She had a disgusting, careless attitude, which is deplorable given her choice of work. No kindness, just gruff and inattentive. She did not introduce herself and I could barely make out the few dry instructions she did say. When I respectfully asked her to repeat herself she just gave a deadpan look and spoke in the same grating tone in what seemed to be annoyance.

Easy to get an appointment but the lady who did my father's blood draw was not very friendly wasn't even nice. Last few times they always been friendly but this woman she either was having a bad day or she needs to find a different job.

The phlebotomists are overworked and should have at least one staff member to help deal with patients it's horrible to see them having to stop and answer questions and help check ins.

Worst place I've ever been to. Can't read lab order's at all right. Wife needed 3 order's of blood drawn for testing and the idiots only did 2 of them. The one that was most important she needed to get her persciptions refilled they didn't do and now my wife can't get her persciptions until they get the blood work back to doctor for that one blood draw. Kept getting the run around with them. Wife has high blood pressure and now has been feeling really bad since with her heart isn't beating right anymore. She been without her medication now for 3 days now and still counting. I'm praying she doesn't have a heart attack before they get the blood work back to her doctor. Me and her physician have called to get that lab work done and get it back to her physician ASAP and get the same answers, and haven't seen anything. And they also show they don't care either. Hope my wife lives through this. Don't ever consider getting blood work done at Quest, especially this location if you want to live!! This place STINKS!!!

My appointment did not show in the system although I had a confirmation text of my scheduled appointment. The staff did not care at all, closed the door on me and bc I had no other options I had to sit and wait 2.5 hrs for a new appointment for a two minute blood draw. Very disappointing in the customer service or lack there of.

Kendy was great. I told her how I had been hurting after needle was in with prior lab work. Made she it didn’t hurt once needle was in!

If I could give this a 0 I would the employees here are so rude didn’t let me go back to help translate for my husband but yet let other people go in with other clients including their kids. Second raising their voices at patience who don’t speak or understand English very well and getting mad because they don’t answer for their name. Won’t come here again.

Lobotomist dug around in my arm multiple times with the needle and left me with a huge bruise and knot in my arm! It’s been a week and still hurts! My veins are so plump and easy to see, I’ve never had anyone not able to stick me right! She took twice as much blood as she needed to, and when I asked about it she said she has to throw the first couple away cuz it was in the wrong tube and she wasn’t all the way in the vein. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting blood drawn in my life. I definitely won’t be back to this location!

I was there for 3 hrs today waiting for my significant other to give a urine specimen for pre employment drug screen. He had an appointment but was out on the standby list. I encouraged Rene to ask why he was on the standby list when he had proof of an appointment made by the company. When he questioned staff member he was told they don’t do appointments for drug screens. If that’s the case why were we and the company who made the “appointnent informed? Their customer care has gone down significantly over the years. I’ve been there many times over the years for my annual blood work for my PCP. They have the right to say they don’t do appointments for drug screens but so does the company ordering it and us who sat there 3 hrs before finally calling the company ordering the drug screen and had the test moved. Rene gave them the name and number of another place that was 5 min from the house They told us we had 2 people in front of us in line for drug screen. Even with having to set up a new account for the drug screen we were only there maybe 30 min.If I can have any say in it that’s the last time I’ll set foot in that office. I feel for the people working there because it wasn’t their fault. They just had to follow the instructions given by the company and try to explain why their appointment wasn’t honored!
