The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, nice, and hospitable, providing best-in-class customer service. They are informed, efficient, and work hard to make the rental experience swift, easy, and secure. The team personifies excellent service, often going out of their way to help and explain things well. Customers recommend getting a storage unit or renting a U-Haul at this location, calling it the best storage experience in the city. The facility is clean, with good prices, and is considered absolutely amazing.

This company had the best customer service I ever experienced dealing with storages. They made my move in and out really simple. The only thing I don’t like is that I didn’t need the unit for the entire month just 2 weeks and I don’t receive a credit back. All in all I would recommend
