Very sweet staff but definitely don't plan anything else in your day that is urgent and just have patience lol. You will be waiting a long time. But they handle business when it's time!

This UPS Store is very busy, often so busy that the lobby cannot fit all of the customers and the line stretches out of the door. Arlington could use at least one more UPS store!

It's really easy to access and park. The staff was very helpful. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. It couldn't have been simpler.
