Plz be aware that items are being stolen at this location
My mother phone was box in this location and was not in the box when was arrived at address
Looked at google reviews and seen lots of report of items being stolen

I came into the store to ask for help with filing a claim for a piece of artwork that was mailed to me and arrived damaged. The item was insured. They didnt even scan the item, were very dismissive and condescending and told me it was the sender’s fault for not wrapping the item correctly. I got in contact with the sender who gave me the number of another UPS store. They immediately helped me file the claim and were very helpful. Avoid yourself some trouble and go somewhere else!

Manager would not help with claim. Basically someone there stole my girlfriend Zales diamond necklace. Do NOT use this place. Filed police report!

I come here on average about 3-4 times a month and the level of service continues to dwindle beyond a sub-par status. Today I received the most rude and non- verbal service. I will be encouraging my company to use our other vendors for nationwide delivery. Convenience shouldn't have to come with a failure to deliver quality services. We have spent too much money with UPS to be mistreated. They also have repeatedly neglected provide additional complimentary letter envelopes like other couriers. Todays experience was equivalent to the feel of a wet mangy dog jumping on a brand new white couch before an open house event... Disheartening....

Made an appointment to notarize a document. They printed it for me, notorized and scanned it back to me, all for a nominal fee. The notary public and gentleman at the counter was fast, professional and friendly. We will definitely be coming here again. Thanks guys!

Been using this store for over a year now. Have a PO Box there, and have also used their shipping and notary services off and on. I’ve never had a bad experience here, and their customer service has been top notch every time.

This is my local UPS store and I couldn't be more satisfied by how they treat me. Matthew is incredible I was in a wheelchair and he actually came out and got my mail for me. This is Top notch customer service.

They close at 4 on Saturdays and lock the door by 3:58. No last-minute customers here! Lost at least 3 customer's business today!
