Some dealerships can be a pain. I needed a recall taken care of and had a great experience. Management was very helpful and honest. Very efficient as well! I think Victor is the one who helped me. Very professional and very honest, even if it didn’t benefit their services. That’s what matters to me.

I emailed the service adviser that Josh S recommended. No response. I called Vandergriff Hyundai and asked the staff who answered the phone about Josh S. She said she had not heard of this person but would get back with me. I have not yet heard from her.

I asked about getting a OTD quote on a used car. They responded saying they can't give those anymore because they don't allow outside financing. Not sure what a OTD quote has to do with where I finance.. Fishy that they won't disclose how much the car actually is.They force you to finance through them.. stay away
