“I must say that I am pleased that my car search is finally over and that I have found the vehicle I have been looking for for months. We have purchased one lemon after another. In the past, so we did a great deal of research. Prior to coming to best buy auto plaza in arlington. The SUV i purchased with my wife met every standard. I was looking for and could not find anywhere else. There are so many scams and untrustworthy people selling vehicles that we were unwilling to rush into anything period. My expedition had only one owner comma it came with carfax and auto facts which only increased my sense of security after seeing that every service had been completed at a dealership since the time the car was first sold. Alex was our salesperson and he was very respectful and had a great personality, which made it easy to talk to him about any concerns we had. He sold me my 2019 expedition. Under blue book value, even though it was very low miles and had had such perfect service records. I will always come here first. From now on and I will send all of my friends and family to purchase a vehicle here because it is the one place. I know is trustworthy! Thank you so much, Alex at Best buy auto plaza in arlington, texas.”

“I went to A1 Committed Autocare & Sales for a pre-purchase inspection. Overall, I had a good experience. Their pricing was fair, and I appreciated that the manager rechecked the car and provided the written inspection report at no extra charge. The first time I went, the manager was not there, so the staff checked the car and said everything looked perfect, but they could not give me a written report. A few days later, I came back when the manager was there, and he checked the car again for free. He found something that was included in the report, which I really appreciated. My advice is to make sure the manager is available before starting the inspection, especially if you need a written report. That way, you can be confident the inspection is done properly and you receive the full report. Overall, I appreciate their service and fair pricing.”

“I submitted an online quote request at 7:45am and they responded at 8:26am. The price was fair and commented they would only repair the bad part if that is all that was required. I dropped off my truck at 9:15am, they texted with an updated diagnostic at 9:41am, and the vehicle was ready by 10:15am. There was minor problem on pickup that they fixed while i waited for no additional charge.”
