I’ve been to this Verizon (Russell Cellular) location a couple of times recently for assistance in upgrading to a new iPhone as well as establishing 5G home internet service. Eduardo is the staff member who assisted me each time and he was very patient and helpful. I recommend visiting this location for your Verizon needs.

As far as politeness, they were good. But slower than the slowest service. Didn't get the help that I desperately needed.
