The HORRIBLE attention, I wanted to buy 2 16 pro max cell phones today at 1 in the afternoon, but the girl's attention was the worst, unfriendly and it was obvious that she did not want to sell, we went to buy the cell phones at the store in front of TYT where the attention was good.

I have been a verizon customer for over 3 years and never have i seen them only have one person in the store taking care of customers! I sat and waited for 45 minutes to try and pay my bill because I only had cash but I got tired of waiting and left!

Went to store in early Nov 24 needed to get a new phone. Had always purchased at Costco in the past but they no longer carry Verizon. Was hesitant to go to a free-standing location as prior experiences doing so had never gone well. (Different cell provider)
Jose is the manager at this location, he helped me and so did Kennedy-Kennedy was transparent and asked the right queries to narrow down what I might need and want.
Jose is an absolute pleasure to work with – The was the best phone experience I could ask for. It was not transactional. Jose provided insight on our plan and what options we had and might be better off considering financially. He knows his way around all these devices expertly. I had to return at least one time for some technical issues he again treated me with respect and dignity as he did everyone in the store. His manners are stellar and professionalism exceptional. Jose lives to do the right thing—Thank you!

Terrible attention. The three store agents went one day and I didn't have a good experience. I came back the next day and it was just as bad service! Change all the staff

Horrible. Stop referring to yourselves as customer service agents. You man the location. You have no interest in helping customers find a solution. One person passes you to the next person passes you to the next person and so on and so forth until you have explained your situation a hundred times and spent hours and still you are no closer than the day you called to get help. Worst experience ever.

I'm really getting tired of rude people who have no customer service skills. There is a flamboyant acting guy here who doesn't like his job and takes it out on customers. I come in smiling and being polite and he is rude to me and talking flip because he is mad he has to work. Who else am I supposed to go to for help? Don't you work for Verizon?? Go find another job if you are that unhappy. I'm already dealing with my Internet not working properly and your boxes keep failing, so guess what, you are not the only one with problems. I literally left Verizon because of him. Other provider experience like night and day...thank you for pointing me in another direction.

I walked into this location on July 18, 2024 to inquire about internet service (WiFi). I was set up and given a small white box to take home and set up. I let the agent know I was leaving AT&T for Verizon. I didn't hook up the box once I got it home because my wifi with AT&T was still on. I finally hooked the box up on August 6th. It was good for 2 days then it started blacking out several times per day. They also sent me a bill for $81.29. I chose the $50 plan. Now today, I'm here in the Watauga location to pay my bill and I'm being told that Verizon doesn't service my area!! Of course I wasn't told this until AFTER I paid my last $52 to them. I'm confused as to how I walked out of the Verizon location in Arlington with the box but they don't service my area. I'm confused as to how I'm receiving bills from Verizon by email and postal mail but they don't service my area. I'm even MORE confused as to why I just paid $52 to a service that does NOT service my home address area!! I feel like they knew they didn't service my area but pretended they did to get money from me. I feel scammed and I feel Verizon played in my face!! I'm on the phone with Customer Care to TRY to sort all this out but at this point, I'm so over it and need a shot of Tequila.

I’ve been to this Verizon (Russell Cellular) location a couple of times recently for assistance in upgrading to a new iPhone as well as establishing 5G home internet service. Eduardo is the staff member who assisted me each time and he was very patient and helpful. I recommend visiting this location for your Verizon needs.

This particular location are nothing to write about,I went there for the second time in 2 weeks for home internet, not even welcome greetings,I was left un attend to for 30mins to an hour, the staffs are unconcerned.
I have to left in annoyance for the second time
