Bad Customer Service

Last Saturday I was at this branch to make a cash deposit for a business account. Long story short, the account isn't mine, it's for a non-profit organization I'm volunteering a lot for. I don't have full access to the account, I only have the account number and I am trusted to make the cash deposits for them. I have been doing this for 7 years and have never EVER had an issue. Until this past Saturday. Some girl, Tamara helped me. First she tried to "help me do this electronically". I said no thank you, explained my case and how this is the only way I can deposit... Then, I had 7 dollars in quarters and one dollar in a mix of nickels and dimes and she told me she couldn't take them. Maybe it's her ridiculous fake long nails that inhibit her ability to pick up coins off the counter. She told me to roll them, I had to correct her and tell her it's not enough to roll. She said she'll take the coins THIS ONE TIME but next time I have to go to the coinstar machine. In 7 years, to all the different branches I've been, nobody has said this to me and I have deposited far more coins than this. I can't control how people donate money to my organization. All currency is welcome for me, so sorry, not sorry Tamara from Wells Fargo, money is money and I will continue to bring it here.

Wells Fargo has definitely gone down. No wonder people are flocking away. 3 inside bankers and they are all booked up until close? Really. Appointments. How long is each session? HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. Time go look for another bank. They rather me open one up online. Hell. Might as well just put ATM's inside at each teller. No need for bankers sounds like.

Do NOT go in their @ 1:30 expecting to see a banker before they close. That is simply not enough time for them. Very slow workers.

If I could give zero stars that's what they'd get. They have the worst customer service ever. My husband has been trying to call the bank to talk to the branch manager for two days now and he either gets the run around or no one answers. He still hasn't spoken to the branch manager! I had to come in two days in a row to be able to get a debit card again another run around situation that should have been quick and easy and really the banker that we sat with almost a week ago to add me to the account should have done it! Now instead I'm sitting here for the second day and get to wait and wait and wait as they are not staffed efficiently at all. The branch manager sits at the front like a Walmart greeter and is basically useless. Trying to get my husband to switch banks. Wells Fargo used to be good but has gone severely downhill!

Customer service is no longer a priority. We must STILL make an appointment “online” to get any help! What??? What about a 93 year old lady that has never been able to book an appointment online? It’s a sad day when the customer is no longer important. The employees were standing around talking, yet would not help me as I walked in needing only about 15 minutes to take care of a situation which WF is now charging my mom for! They made this change without even notifying us. Just started a new charge on the account. If I could, I would move our banking, but it’s just too challenging in these times. They know that. That’s why WF no longer cares.

Today I went to try and open a savings account for my daughter and the man sitting next to the door was very rude. When I told him I wanted to open an account and make some changes to another account he said if I didn't have an appointment he couldn't do anything for me today. I have been a member for over 20 years and never have I walked into the bank offering to deposit money and be turned away. I was very disappointed on how the situation was handled and the lack of customer service and willingness to help with any kind of solution.

Terrible branch. We usually use a different branch in Arlington but today we stopped by here because we were in the area.We went to drop off 7 deposits because we bank commercially through Wells Fargo. We were the only car in line, nobody was behind us. The teller refused to process our deposits because it would “take too long” and would “hold up the line”. That’s verbatim what they said, even though we were the only ones in line. Then they only did half of the deposits because they claimed the other half were wrong. After checking myself when I got home I noticed they weren’t wrong, they just didn’t want to spend the time.

These people are following corporate policy but they are insulting in many ways. For what ever reason they are all wearing masks which is limiting their oxygen intake and affecting their cognitive reasoning. They have limited staff and now customers have to wait 20 to 45 minutes sitting in their lobby breathing their air.

I was yesterday in this branch ( 03/03/2022) and the service was awful, I have an appointment and the first executive in front of the door realize that my business account was open online and started to complaint about everything in my account, that my id was expire in the system and he didnt accept only my license to prove my identity, he asked for another one, which I didn't have it with me! He asked for my business documents and I showed him. He wasn't able to give me the service. I went to another branch in Grand Prairie and they give me the service immediately, without requiring all the documents that he kept asking me. I'm a costumer 4 years ago with my personal accounts and never experienced this kind of service.

They require unreasonable actions to get a cashiers check.I don’t like having my subcontractors and employees having unrealistic problems getting cashiers checks when it’s needed. If I wrote a check I want it to go out not hassle my people

I’ve been a WF customer for over 25 years and this is the worst svc of any branch I’ve ever been to. You walk into the lobby here and there’s several employees either sitting at their desks or standing in an office talking to each other without any customers, yet you’ll be told to make an appointment and come back another day. I mean seriously!!!....almost NO customers in the bank but they can’t help you today because you don’t have an appointment. Lol...there’s even a guy sitting in a chair by the door playing on his phone...but they can’t help customers? Time to close our accounts and take our business to Chase!Adios WF!

Not only was the service helpful, but their willingness to quickly help with a notary on short notice has awarded Wells Fargo extra loyalty from me.
