customer service gives out incorrect information when you inquire about services. and poor customer service in general

I've never really thought about how good a bank might be , until I got put in a situation where I had to find out . Wells Fargo in Arlington Tx was there for me to help protect my hard earned money when I needed them . They acted fast and prolly saved me all my money. I can't thank Wells Fargo enough . I have had nothing but the very best customer service! I have found a bank that treats me the way all banks should. Lisa, Jennifer and Anthony are my people!! They know what they’re doing and they know their jobs! I love this location!
