“My wife was on a long road trip with our 10-year-old son and accidentally put diesel in our gas car at this gas station. The staff helped my wife watch over the car until evening. In the meantime, the police introduced us to a mechanic who took the kid to Lubbock. When we saw this old man, we were so happy. The gas station staff also kept telling my wife to leave the car at the station. Very friendly gas station.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.
