“I had such a great experience at Elizabeth's in Georgetown! When I first went in I really didn't expect to find my wedding dress there but I was quickly surprised with all of the beautiful dresses that Erin and Helen helped me with. I had less than 80 days before my wedding and they were amazing with helping me find one off the rack and getting it fitted perfectly. Additionally, they ordered a custom veil for me. They were such a pleasure to deal with! Many of my family members went there to get their wedding outfits and they shared the same experience - fantastic customer service. “This was the first time I ever walked into an Old Navy store since my return to the USA back in 2001! I just didn't know what to expect.
As I walked in I was readily greeted and asked if I need help. I just told her that I had never been to an Old Navy store and would like to browse a bit. The apparel (for me) is trendy. Not that I wouldn't be interested, just most of it not my style
They carry clothing for young and old, men/women & children, leisure and active wear. I had to smile when I saw hop scotch on the floor for the younger customers. Shame on me for not taking a picture of it. Next time around.
They have 2 fitting rooms. Also, enough personnel to keep folded items folded, neat on shelves and displays. Floors were clean and clear. The store itself had a good vibe to it!
Even though they have wheelchair accessibility, the parking lot in front of the store does not. I did see two items that I was interested in, but today was just a day to browse.”

The staff there are very helpful and friendly; but not pushy. I usually avoid clothing stores and haven’t been in awhile. But I was quite surprised at the selection they had. Their clothes have an old look to them but still look fashionable.
