“I really like the buckle. Like? Love. They offerva timeless wardrobe. In fact, i still wear a shirt i purchased in 1996 and still receive compliments. I've shopp at the buckle at Deerbrook mall in Humble since 2010. I'm sure I'm older than thier marketed customer. But thier clothes wear well and they don't have a thousand of the aame items so you won't see someone else wearing your clothes. The prices are reasonable and the quality excellent. Its what you should expect for your hard earned money. Staff helpful but allows you to shop.”

“We came in today to purchase a suit for our son , and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, Mrs. Arie Coleman and Mrs. Darris made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Their professionalism, patience, and kindness truly set them apart.
They went above and beyond in every sense—taking the time to walk us through all of the options, explaining details thoroughly, and making sure we felt confident and comfortable with our purchase. What really stood out was their willingness to help us download and apply a discount coupon, something they absolutely didn’t have to do but chose to anyway.
It’s rare to find customer service that feels this sincere and attentive. Mrs. Coleman and Mrs. Darris who we were told was her last day she will be missed and they clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. Because of them, what could have been a simple shopping trip turned into an exceptional and memorable experience.

“I had such a great experience at Elizabeth's in Georgetown! When I first went in I really didn't expect to find my wedding dress there but I was quickly surprised with all of the beautiful dresses that Erin and Helen helped me with. I had less than 80 days before my wedding and they were amazing with helping me find one off the rack and getting it fitted perfectly. Additionally, they ordered a custom veil for me. They were such a pleasure to deal with! Many of my family members went there to get their wedding outfits and they shared the same experience - fantastic customer service. “It’s an awesome store! They have their own unique style of clothes, hats, and apparel. It’s a spacious open store with good lighting that’s inviting and not overwhelming. The staff there are very helpful and friendly; but not pushy. I usually avoid clothing stores and haven’t been in awhile. But I was quite surprised at the selection they had. Their clothes have an old look to them but still look fashionable. And remember if you’re tight on cash but looking for holiday outfits for you, your kids, or holiday gifts you can pay with Zip which splits your payments over 6 weeks with only 25% down. Jezzie was so quick to help me into a fitting room and helped me with all my questions. The guy on registers that morning was so quick and friendly and made the experience even better! I am so happy with this experience compared to my other visits!”
“Came in for some shirts for my 2 girls. Size large fit too tight so came back to return them. A nice lady greeted me at entry way and said returning something. I replied actually I'm here to exchange. They took a while at register. I said what's the problem? Since you bought 1 shirt and get 2 free there is a 71. cents difference and we don't want you to have thlo pay that. I said how kind it's ok . Cashier seemed relieved. In all part store is well kept . Super prices and a staff that cares.”

“The pieces here are on trend and affordable. The quality of the garments is superb. I like the denim, it's as good a a pair of Levi's. The jewelry is nice, I have earrings that are still holding up and haven't tarnished. I'm not comfortable using fitting room, as it's UNISEX with curtains.”
“Hangers were mislabeled so I picked up the wrong one and the young lady Diandra was so kind and grabbed the correct sizes so I could try the right ones!! Awesome service and saved me time!! Was in and out!! Not too many people take the time. Super friendly for a crazy packed Saturday!”

“Friendly and helpful staff from the moment you enter until you leave the store. Good prices and selection. Sadly some of the customers don't care to watch their kids so the store looks unorganized BUUUT!! when I last visited there was an African American lady, an employee who worked relentlessly on placing the misplaced items back where they belong. She was doing such a great job and fast!! I hope that the store will do something to correct the problem with irresponsible and careless parents, so that EVERYONE can benefit: the store making more money from actually selling merchandise that they alreready have available, as well as customers finding items that they need.
It'd be a win-win + the store would look so much better if the items were not laying on the floor and/or lost in a department where they don't belong. I so wish the store would adopt a new policy; You/your family break/s or destroy - you pay! as well as: you/your family misplace/s - you pay!!
The temperature at the store tends to get too high so this definitely needs to be addressed, for no one can enjoy or stay longer shopping in a hot atmosphere.”

“I had the pleasure of finally stepping into this store. I usually walk right pass it. As soon as i walked in i was greeted. It was a warm greeting. The lady there looked at my current outfit and guided me directly to a style she believes i liked. And i actually liked it. She was helpful and smiled the whole time. I was initially there for a quick look around. She even checked me out. Came to find out it was the actual store manager. Ain’t that something.
