“I always find great customer service here! It had been about 2 years since my last purchase, and I wanted to buy the same style of jeans again. They were able to look up my last purchase by phone number, and we quickly found some like it to try on. The dressing rooms were clean and available. I tried on 3 and 1 worked out perfectly. I wasn't planning on purchasing, just browsing. However, I needed the jeans, and the staff were so attentive, I decided to get them anyway! Will come here again in the future!”

“The story is good how ever I couldn't find the plus sizes usually they have a big sign plus ice at other stores but I guess this is a different store plus sizes are behind the juniors with no sign so I was not able to purchase no plus size because I couldn't find it it was just a Weird experience there I will give it a second chance I'll try it again soon Maybe is just the store that Kindda Different things are just jammed together, not sure about this place??????”

“I had such a great experience at Elizabeth's in Georgetown! When I first went in I really didn't expect to find my wedding dress there but I was quickly surprised with all of the beautiful dresses that Erin and Helen helped me with. I had less than 80 days before my wedding and they were amazing with helping me find one off the rack and getting it fitted perfectly. Additionally, they ordered a custom veil for me. They were such a pleasure to deal with! Many of my family members went there to get their wedding outfits and they shared the same experience - fantastic customer service. “We had Marissa as our stylist, from the moment we arrived she had a smile on her face. We had 2 girls getting fitted and she was just amazing! She spoke to the girls individually, asked their wants and needs in a dress. She gave them several options to chose from and her opinion as a professional, which was very appreciated! Even when it got crowded, she took her time to still give her full attention to out girls and listen to them. I can't say enough good things about this customer service! ANYTHING our girls would ask if it could be altered or changed or even added, she said "yes" to. There was nothing that wasn't doable. We had visited several boutiques before this one but Sarah's Boutique gave us and more importantly our girls a beautiful experience. We NEVER felt rushed or like we were a burden, and it got really busy. They also had technical difficulties but Marissa handled all of it w so much professionalism, you could tell she was very experienced! I want to thank Marissa for a wonderful try on moment. You made our girls experience one they'll forever remember ?! You're an amazing human being I wished the world was full of people like you. Please come visit them, it's worth every penny you spend!”

“Came in for some shirts for my 2 girls. Size large fit too tight so came back to return them. A nice lady greeted me at entry way and said returning something. I replied actually I'm here to exchange. They took a while at register. I said what's the problem? Since you bought 1 shirt and get 2 free there is a 71. cents difference and we don't want you to have thlo pay that. I said how kind it's ok . Cashier seemed relieved. In all part store is well kept . Super prices and a staff that cares.”
