The lady there looked at my current outfit and guided me directly to a style she believes i liked. And i actually liked it. She was helpful and smiled the whole time. I was initially there for a quick look around. She even checked me out. Came to find out it was the actual store manager. Ain’t that something.     “I really like the buckle. Like? Love. They offerva timeless wardrobe. In fact, i still wear a shirt i purchased in 1996 and still receive compliments. I've shopp at the buckle at Deerbrook mall in Humble since 2010. I'm sure I'm older than thier marketed customer. But thier clothes wear well and they don't have a thousand of the aame items so you won't see someone else wearing your clothes. The prices are reasonable and the quality excellent. Its what you should expect for your hard earned money. Staff helpful but allows you to shop.”

    “This was the first time I ever walked into an Old Navy store since my return to the USA back in 2001! I just didn't know what to expect. As I walked in I was readily greeted and asked if I need help. I just told her that I had never been to an Old Navy store and would like to browse a bit. The apparel (for me) is trendy. Not that I wouldn't be interested, just most of it not my style They carry clothing for young and old, men/women & children, leisure and active wear. I had to smile when I saw hop scotch on the floor for the younger customers. Shame on me for not taking a picture of it. Next time around. They have 2 fitting rooms. Also, enough personnel to keep folded items folded, neat on shelves and displays. Floors were clean and clear. The store itself had a good vibe to it! Even though they have wheelchair accessibility, the parking lot in front of the store does not. I did see two items that I was interested in, but today was just a day to browse.”

The staff there are very helpful and friendly; but not pushy. I usually avoid clothing stores and haven’t been in awhile. But I was quite surprised at the selection they had. Their clothes have an old look to them but still look fashionable.
