It’s rare to find customer service that feels this sincere and attentive. Mrs. Coleman and Mrs. Darris who we were told was her last day she will be missed and they clearly take pride in what they do, and it shows in every interaction. When I first went in I really didn't expect to find my wedding dress there but I was quickly surprised with all of the beautiful dresses that Erin and Helen helped me with. I had less than 80 days before my wedding and they were amazing with helping me find one off the rack and getting it fitted perfectly. Additionally, they ordered a custom veil for me. They were such a pleasure to deal with! Many of my family members went there to get their wedding outfits and they shared the same experience - fantastic customer service. “This was the first time I ever walked into an Old Navy store since my return to the USA back in 2001! I just didn't know what to expect.
As I walked in I was readily greeted and asked if I need help. I just told her that I had never been to an Old Navy store and would like to browse a bit. The apparel (for me) is trendy. Not that I wouldn't be interested, just most of it not my style
They carry clothing for young and old, men/women & children, leisure and active wear. I had to smile when I saw hop scotch on the floor for the younger customers. Shame on me for not taking a picture of it. Next time around.
They have 2 fitting rooms. Also, enough personnel to keep folded items folded, neat on shelves and displays. Floors were clean and clear. The store itself had a good vibe to it!
Even though they have wheelchair accessibility, the parking lot in front of the store does not. I did see two items that I was interested in, but today was just a day to browse.”
“I love this little hidden gem in Kingwood. It's my go-to when I need it's my go-to when I need travel clothes or to supplement my wardrobe or to pick up something fun! They have everything organized by brand or type of clothing so it's super easy to find what you're looking for! Very clean, owner is very personable. Have been going since previous owner, a decade ago...and still love it. Great place to take your consignment clothing as well.”

Their clothes have an old look to them but still look fashionable.
