“We wanted to send our son a care package to camp but the address for the location was very remote and the system was not recognizing it. I’ve been to two other places to send the package and encountered the same issue prior to visiting Sandra at Postal Annex. She was absolutely amazing! She Googled the location and confirmed the address to ensure that our son would get it. She always had a smile on her face and willing to help.”
“I really like the friendly service. The staff is very helpful. I started out renting a 10x15 at a reasonable price compared to other storages. I was given a free lock and was offered to use their moving truck for free. Later on I rented a mailbox that I still use. I needed to stor my classic car and ended up renting another storage.The storages are clean. I have not seen any rodents or trash. Im a very late payer and still have access to my things. These people will work with you with friendly considertion. I see that people rent spaces for boats and RV's. I would recommend this place to anyone, anytime.”

In all my years, I have never experienced such fast, efficient, and professional service. He was extremely kind, patient, and respectful. He noticed that I was slow on my phone and immediately went out of his way to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for me.
While I was trying to find scan codes on my phone, he quickly handled everything using his scanner and prepared my package without making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. His efficiency, kindness, and professionalism truly impressed me.
