The same amazon return that the Bay Area Blvd staff lost their marbles over (with no provocation from me, they’re just always so mean - haha) was accepted here with no negativity, chastising, yelling. “I was searching for a private mailbox where I could also receive packages at. I had called and visited several places and when I went in they would tell me oh well “you need give an estimate of how many packages and amount of mail you think you will have” then they would not give me straight answers on pricing etc- basically try to scam me… I tried setting up a “package box” at USPS and that was awful the website crashed plus you had to choose what size box you wanted without knowing how big or small things you were going to have sent in the future would be. So when I called In-n-out shipping and found out the prices and details I was glad and drove over with the right documents and it has been great. The owner and staff are nice.”
