“Friendly young man today and they charge only $1.00 per page to fax! I had gone somewhere else and they wanted $1.65 depending on area code which was 713! I should have gone to Wrap & Mail Room to begin with because they are family owned and used them over 25 years ago when I was working for a company!”

“I went to the UPS Store first and quoted me $256 for an international document shipment. I went to Home Depot to ship via FedEx and it was very crowded with slow moving workers. Ditto for Walgreens FedEx. I went to this place as my last resort and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes paying only $146. Very nice experience here. I will use this place again.”

“Quick and easy drop off with my package – no line and friendly service. And a great location for UPS drop offs since the old UPS store closed. They do not accept QR codes for shipments – so you have to be sure to have your label already taken care of or you might have to pay to print it there if you’re in a pinch!”

“I come here frequently and this place is a hidden gem! 10/10 service and they are very responsible. And are always quick. It is small but they have everything you need at hand -- super impressive to their commitment to serve their community. We are moving and I am sad we will not have such place near us in the future. I bring my USPS, FedEx, and UPS drop offs/returns. I can always gets mail post marks, for some shipments, and I can come here for a verified pickups. It is very reliable location and it is right in my neighborhood! They have PO boxes, offer insurance, they make spare keys (don't have to run to home Depot), posters, markers, boxes, so accessible with wide variety :). You guys have been awesome! Thank you 💗”

I will NEVER go back to Office Depot. This is an awesome place. I was greeted with a friendly welcome when I walked in and was waited on instantly. I will come back to this place no matter how far I must drive. Oh the Office Depot that didn’t wait on me was in Cypress, Texas not all office Depot’s are so rude.”

4212 San Felipe Street, Houston TX 77027
“I highly, highly recommend PostalAnnex on San Felipe! Over the last two days, I’ve had A LOT to get done even overnight shipping, multiple large print jobs, and several faxes. I ended up coming in several different times as I received more documents that needed to be sent, and every single time they were incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. What was already a very stressful situation for me was made so much easier because of their customer service. They never made me feel rushed or like I was asking for too much, even with all the pages and multiple visits. They simply worked with me and made sure I had everything I needed. I truly appreciate how much they helped me these last two days. Wonderful customer service and even better people. Highly, highly recommend!”

“Great job, nice people, all ways busy, the fex -dr is rude, walk in front of people like he owes the place. Owner of this business should have a talk with delivery persons about being courtesy to his customer.”
