So 5 minutes (max) and .22 later I was gone!! Every single employee was excellent!!!”

My local store, sadly, has employees that are not very helpful or knowledgeable for that matter. They just did not know how to help me with my inquiry about a previous shipment. In my frustration I decided to reach out to The UPS Store in Atascocita to see if they could help me, as this was the store I used before my move. Not only did they help me but they went above and beyond the call of duty. It was explained to me that the information I needed could only be retrieved from my local Lufkin store. Lane was so sweet and so caring, that he offered to call the Lufkin store to help walk the employees through the process to retrieve my much needed information. What a God send he is!
