“Such wonderful people, I’m not from the area and today driving a long distance I had to figure out how to stay cool due to the fact my air conditioning on my car had given out. Walked in hoping I can get someone to help me bc it was so hot, I was told that they have no openings available and that I would have to come back next week, I explained that I wasn’t from the area and that I was doing a long drive and still long ways to go, one of the guys at the shop said he’ll check my car and if he can temporarily fix it he will. Thank you guys for literally saving my life from this heat, made it to my destination and the cool air was still working, thank you so so much. She got the new tires for a very good price, especially for a single woman, and then they were very honest and told her she did not need a bright job I treated her brake pads and the squealing stopped. “Anything Auto replaced my radiator last year (Nov) and for some reason, it sprung a leak (no fault of theirs); I had no way to get it to them, so they came with their wrecker, picked it up, replaced the radiator (has a lifetime warranty); then, they were kind enough to return my truck, as I had no other way to go pick it up, since that is my only vehicle. I highly recommend them, as I have had a positive experience with them both times I have used them. Really nice guys!!”

“The new auto wash is great for my dually pickup, no more having to drive over the guide in the floor. Was not impressed with the new higher prices. Will wait to see if the monthly wash comes about like at the Take 5 car wash. Screen says coming soon.”

I had already taken my Edge to a different Ford dealership to get checked out for a problem but was told it is a problem Edges have and there was nothing they could do. The Brinson guys, figured it out, fixed it AND found something else that needed attention then dealt with it right then and there. I am glad I decided to use Brinson for my service needs this time. They did wonderful!”
