CVS is a pharmacy that offers coronavirus testing (COVID-19) for eligible individuals, including lab and rapid testing at some locations. The experience at this business, however, appears to vary significantly based on staff and circumstances. Several reviews praise the location highly, stating it is better than Walgreens by far, with great people, cheerful and friendly staff always willing to help. Customers note the pharmacy has great prices and an amazing, professional staff. One reviewer loves this CVS, mentioning the manager is the nicest person, always going out of her way to help others. Others who switched from Walgreens are glad they did, noting employees treat customers with respect and kindness, maintaining a helpful demeanor even when stressed with busyness. In contrast, a very negative experience describes the staff as unprofessional, slow, and uncaring if you are sick. A specific incident involved a long wait on the phone, staff snapping at a customer, obvious reluctance to help transfer a prescription for a sick child, and complaints from the pharmacist. This left the customer angry and frustrated, though a subsequent visit with different staff was more professional and helpful, managing a huge line effectively. This suggests that while many find the staff to be kind and efficient, there can be instances of poor service and inconsistency.

Apart from waiting to be served, it's a good pharmacy. Nice pharmacists. An appointment for a vaccination is often 15 or more minutes late.
