These people need some serious help in customer service.My wife has had her auto loan with them, for two years now, in on two separate occasions, they have double drafted our checking account.When she called this time to get the money, put back into our account, they proceeded to tell us that the August 11 draft, was for a misssed payment on July 28 (her regular payment day). But we can see very clearly on our statements, that the payment was drafted on the 28th as well.The lady that we spoke on the phone with, tried to tell my wife it wasn’t set up on automatic draft, when it has ALWAYS been, then got frustrated, when my wife tried to tell her that we could see the payment was drafted on the 28th.“I don’t know what to tell you ma’am”.We will never do business with this place again.

I left banking and came to them upon a friend's recommendation.So glad I did. I have had nothing but excellent customer service from them. Keep up the great job, I think you are the best and now recommend you to my friends as well.

They were so very helpful and assisted me with everything I needed. they listened to me and were so very patient. I got the exact loan I was asking for and great terms as well.

Not worth the time won’t approve you for anything couldn’t even open an account. credit is good and everything kinda shocked I was denied. Kelly community way better was accepted same day and got approved for an auto loan.

Absolute trash customer service.I moved to another state, when I had an account with them, got another bank there. I let the debit card from Texas Trust go to about $10 and left it alone. I never signed up for overdrafts, was adamant about NOT wanting it. They paid out automatic drafts to Netflix, stuff like that, didn't contact me until over $200 was spent, telling me I owe them $400 and change. I went in to pay them off. They refused to take the amount they spent for me. The $200 something. They said they would have a supervisor check and see what's the least they will take to resolve it and I never heard back.They're a terrible credit union.Do NOT use these criminals.

I know it might be weird to leave a review for a bank but...I waited more than 40 minutes to be helped because I had to speak with someone to help with an issue. The issue being solved can be done in 10 minutes or less so it's not a tedious task. If the person in front of me had a tedious task that needed to be done I'd understand but the majority of the wait was them visiting with each other talking about families and stuff. Don't get me wrong be friendly, have small talk, but if someone else is also waiting and it's pretty obvious, try to be considerate of others time as well.

Haven’t banked here long and have only come in to open my account but I’ve had issues with getting charged transfer fees and when I came to open my daughters bank account we sat in the lobby for 45 mins and just to be asked if we just wanted to come back because it was 5 minutes before closing and the account would have to be approved… mind you I have my 7 month old with me and I let them know from the time I got there that I would be opening an account. The least they could have done was let me know before waiting for so long then telling me to just “ come back”

this place was okay for a while. now if my checking account is under $10, they charge me $5 to transfer money from my savings to my checking automatically. they will do this over and over. no notifications, nothing. they just do it. i turned off the overdraft option for my account and i was still overdrafted on a $28 charge i didn’t even make. i call to see if i can get the charge taken off, they said they can’t do anything. okay. same $28 charge comes out a month later. i still have no idea what this is from. they’re still saying they can do absolutely nothing.

Horrible experience with online payments.I do the payments on time, but the systems sometimes doesn't recognize my payments and they always LOVE to charge late fees event thou is not LATE!!!!!!??

Used to really like this place, but over the last 2 years it's gone down hill as far as CS. Not everyone is clueless though, just the majority I've dealt with. Very disappointing overall since I've only EVER used CU's. Might be time to switch...

I have multiple accounts w/ TXTRCU. I do my banking in the DFW area. I recently had the pleasure of talking to "Reyna" @ the Athens TX branch. She, as well as ALL of the other staff members I have ever dealt with...was very nice & efficient. I have strongly recommended TXTRCU to many people, and will continue to do so.
