Ramon and Carlos were so helpful, they even looked at the cameras to see what might’ve happened and called me back to update me. At the end, the scratches were already there and were just exposed with the wash, so not their fault. They never got defensive, they were always professional, understanding and kind! (It was my sisters car so I was panicking!) Ramon and especially Carlos are the best!!”
