​First off, the wash itself does a fantastic job cleaning your car, and their vacuums are incredibly powerful—so powerful, in fact, that they actually managed to suck up the little rubber piece that covers the screws in my door handle!
​When I realized what had happened, I called the business and was pleasantly surprised to be connected directly with the owner. Not only was he incredibly nice and understanding, but he actually went out of his way later that very evening to retrieve the piece from the vacuum bin. He then left it in a safe spot for me to easily pick up the next day.
